Received from John L.Westley Twenty four dollars in full for one years ground rent of building lot No. 728 North ninth Street in the city of Reading according to the plan of lots laid our out on my land there. Said ground rent being in advance for one year from this date. Said Westley agrees and binds himself to build a brick house on said lot when he does build, and to build within a year from now or to pay another years ground rent also in advance on the 22nd Feby, 1870. and whenever he has built a brick house, I agree to give him a ground rent deed on the same terms and conditions as I have given ground rent deeds for the other lots sports disposed of. But should the said Westley fail to comply with my terms as above then this is no sale & of no effect.
